Book Description

The author of The Great Tea Rooms of Britain now takes you on an equally
fascinating journey into 21 glorious tea rooms across the United States and
Canada. From palatial hotels to Civil War mansions, grand gardens and nostalgic
English-style cottages, this colorful collection of 125 color photographs,
narrative, and 65 recipes despels the idea that only the British know how to do a
"proper afternoon tea."
